NEVMOS / Your own processes

Processes that aren't on the list run on the same foundation.

Every organisation has processes of its own. In Nevmos you build them without code. You write the record type, fields, states, approvals and visibility in a definition, and the lists, boards and metrics follow.

Your own processes
AreaProcesses
CommercialSupplier management and evaluation · Contracts and renewals · Quotes and orders · Budgets and cost centres
PeopleExpense approval · Hiring and onboarding · Training and skills
ServiceCustomer service and service requests · IT requests · Maintenance and breakdowns
ControlAssets and equipment assignment · Quality non-conformance and corrective action · Risk, audit and actions · Sustainability data

How you build one

  1. Start from a ready example or a blank definition.
  2. Name the fields and states the way your organisation does.
  3. Publish after preview and approval.
  4. When the process changes, change the definition; your data is kept.

An illustrative workflow

Illustrative scenario — not a customer case study.

Define a maintenance request, owner, assessment and closure. Preview both a normal record and an exception requiring correction before expanding usage.

Evaluate the pilot

Compare the current process with the pilot: waiting time, missing information, rework and traceability. Agree on success criteria before expanding.
