On your own server
Nevmos is installed on your own server and works without an internet connection. Backup and restore come with the installation. Your organisation's data can be exported in full at any time.
AI and your data
- Default: The AI uses a model on your own server; values never leave your organisation.
- Option: If you choose, you can turn on the Nevmos AI service under a data processing agreement.
- Always: Personal fields such as national ID numbers and IBANs are masked, and you can see which data goes where.
Access and audit trail
- Visibility by role and by record; confidentiality classes.
- An activity history showing who did what and when.
- Personal data fields are flagged, their values are never written to the activity history, and they can be anonymised when needed.
For IT teams
Runs on Linux and macOS servers. The installation guide covers the systemd service, HTTPS, and backup and restore steps. The licence is verified with a signed key.
